OUR WORK

We work hands on with our clients throughout the build process - from initial planning and specifications, to marking out a new block, to walking through all stages of the build. We work closely with our clients chosen Architects and Interior Designers to build one-off, unique dream homes. At completion, when our clients are happy and move into their home, we enjoy the satisfaction of knowing we have created a quality build.

Brayshaw Constructions operates from the Gold Coast to Brisbane. No job is too large or unique - whether it be commercial construction of schools or retail outlets, residential builds or larger renovations - or even stables to house racing horses. As winners of the 2007 Master Builders Housing for Sloping Sites award, we are experienced in working with the specifics of your site. 

Wes and his sons have a strong working relationship and as a family we pride ourselves on quality work. We strive to always meet exacting requirements. We have built up excellent word of mouth referrals via previous clients and architects on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. When we price a project there are no hidden extras and our projects are completed through the Master Builders Contract system.
